	Established in Saint-Hyacinthe since 1987, our company is specialized in the conception, the development and the transformation of easy to cook meats products according to the specific needs of our customers. Since July, 2001, we are accredited HACCP.

Team members are encouraged to pursue ongoing training, and many attend conferences and specialized events to keep up with the industry’s emerging trends and new techniques.

Spécialités M.B. Inc. facilities have been expanded three times since 1987. Production and storage now occupy more than 30,000 square feet.
